"Creativity is intelligence having fun." ~ Albert Einstein🧑🏫
Academic performance should not be the only yardstick for measuring your child’s success. 🎓
Although it can be an important indicator, cultivating a love for learning from an early age sets the foundation for children to continue succeeding even as curriculums become tougher or when motivation dries up. 😢
We strive to draw connections between what is taught in our classrooms and the real world beyond our windows. 🌍 This encourages our students to think out of the box and surface creative solutions based on a deep awareness of what is around them!
At Minds@Work, we focus on developing young students holistically, preparing them for further education and a future economy that has a hunger for creative talents.
Active Parenting
BE INFORMED
BE INVOLVED
BE INTENTIONAL
“What should I take note for my child’s education?”
When it comes to parenting, the whole journey might seem like a confusing maze at times.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. Education is a tricky topic, but we have a system for it.
Our centre works to keep you Informed, Involved and Intentional (our 3 “I”s), so that you are always informed about you child’s progress, involved in their learning experience, and intentional with a some perspectives on how to navigate bad patches in your parenting journey!
In fact, that’s how 86% of the parent community at our centre see self-directed learners in their children – because an involved family gives children a great environment to excel in their academics.

We believe that youths do best when they have a holistic learning experience that builds character on top of academic knowledge.🎓
In fact, our entire approach to learning is built on this concept!
Here at Minds@Work, we make sure to identify the unmet needs of our students, resolve stressors with them, and guide them in their journey with us through mentorship. 🤝
It helps our students become self-motivated learners who experience social and emotional growth while they naturally excel in their studies with the right mindset

Creativity, Adaptability and Collaboration all ranked the top 5 soft skills by employers on LinkedIn in 2020.
As we enter a technology driven economy and education climate that emphasises on soft skills together with hard skills, cultivating these qualities in your child from a young age really helps!
That’s why Minds@Work focuses on building character and attitude together with academics, so that our students are best positioned to succeed in school and at the workplace.
We believe in cultivating our students to be passionate about learning, quick to adapt and able to collaborate with people from different backgrounds.

Our program elements work together so that the families learn to develop an action plan, implement strategies to remove challenges in academic content and learning process. We will practice those skills until they become habits for life.
